MEN'S MINISTRY

Men's Ministry is an outreach arm of Charisma Christian Center that meets monthly on the 2nd Saturday from 10 am to Noon. It is a potluck and it includes Bible Studies, discussions of relevant issues and prayer for and with one another.

This ministry has a threefold purpose - engaging, equipping, and empowering the men of Charisma.

a. Engaging Men
We aim to engage men through the door of adventure to awaken they into a life where there’s more than just living and dying.

John 10:10” The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I have come that they may have life and have it to the full.”

b. Equipping Men
We endeavor to equip a man with the tools and training they need to know God, to know themself, (i.e. their true identities), and untangle the lies of the enemy.

2 Corinthians 10:5-6 “We use our powerful God-tools for smashing warped philosophies, tearing down barriers erected against the truth of God, fitting every loose thought and emotion and impulse into the structure of life shaped by Christ.

c. Empowering Men
We purpose to empower men that they can become what it takes them to become the husbands, fathers, and leaders God has created them to be.

Deuteronomy 31:6 “Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the LORD your God goes with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you.”

We don’t need volunteers per se. We just need more men to attend and those who are attending to invite their friends to attend – once a month for two hours.

We need participation from more men of Charisma. Less than 10% of the men are engaged now. We need to spread the word to encourage more men to attend.
